Keeping the foam on the inside of your helmet fresh and up-to-date will help lengthen the life of your helmet, improve the protection properties and help you smell a little nicer too.

Set comes with 8 foam pieces.

This foam is NOT self adhesive so you will need a rubber based glue to attach these pieces to the helmet.
